Services Description
ContractorAgency.ca provides marketing, branding, web development, SEO, advertising, social media, and CRM automation services for Canadian general contractors. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement signed by both parties.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for services, clients receive ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for their engagement, including logos, website code, and marketing materials. ContractorAgency.ca retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each service agreement. Services are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted.
Limitation of Liability
ContractorAgency.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with thirty days written notice. Upon termination, client shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective date. All terms regarding intellectual property and confidentiality survive termination.
